Design Process

Requirements & Concept
Define engineering requirements, evaluate design space, build thermal and structural budgets. Select materials and manufacturing process. Multiple concepts evaluated against weighted criteria matrix before commitment.

CAD & Simulation
Parametric 3D modelling with full assembly context. Structural FEA, CFD thermal analysis, and fatigue life simulation validated across all design load cases including worst-case and failure modes.
03
Prototype & Test
Rapid hardware fabrication via CNC, DMLS, or sheet metal. Structured test plans correlating to simulation predictions. Environmental testing (thermal cycle, vibration, pressure) to confirm design margin.
04
DFM & Production
Supplier DFM review, GD&T drawing release, PPAP submission, first-article inspection, and production ramp. Full engineering change control and configuration management through production lifecycle.
